Recognizing the need to make life insurance coverage accessible to everyone, Mr. Gordon became an early pioneer of the Internet life insurance brokerage industry more than 25 years ago. Since then, his online shopping service has protected Americans nationwide with hundreds of millions of dollars in life insurance coverage. Our founder’s philosophy is that life insurance is a necessity, a right of all Americans to protect what they work so hard to build and to leave a legacy. That philosophy was instilled early on when he became one of the youngest agents in the history of insurance giant MetLife to lead the carrier’s business marketing division— which helped build it into the industry leader we know today. Mr. Gordon is a purist, believing that LifeQuote’s neutrality is key. Building an unbiased and independent company that represents not one, but many top-rated insurance carriers. The only allegiance is to you, the customer, to find you the right policy for the right price. Her Emmy award-winning reports as a Latin affairs specialist and health and medical news reporter, have been broadcast in major TV markets. After a successful career on the frontlines of television news, the veteran journalist brought her in-depth style of interviewing, commanding on-camera presence, award-winning writing, and professional communication skills to the business world. From on-camera corporate spokesperson, bilingual voiceover narrator for commercial and video presentations, she turned her attention to Internet marketing, earning her insurance license to direct online marketing campaigns for LifeQuote. A seasoned media specialist, her unique skills make her a natural choice to lead the company’s branding, marketing, and social media presence. Coming to the insurance industry with a fresh, and unique perspective, she understands how to appeal to the consumer audience, engaging prospective buyers with a user-friendly approach based on raising awareness, and educating web visitors about the often confusing world of insurance.
